It’s been a while since my last blog post, and this is actually my first post of 2020. I’m going to spare you the excuse of why I haven’t posted and jump straight into the post (though I will wish you all a very belated Happy New Year!).
Not sure if you know, but last Summer I toke the plunge and moved out of my parents’ home. Some of you may be shocked that I was only just moving out of my parents home as I was 26. Though I know many of you won’t be as we all know the cost of rent these days (never mind the immense amount of money required for a house deposit). It’s not my first time living away from home as I lived away for Uni. However, I moved back home after completing my degree, and after a number of years I still found myself living at home (has anyone else found themselves in the same situation?!)
Anyway, by last Summer I finally decided I needed my own space, so when the opportunity came for me to move in with a friend I toke it. I’ve found there are a number of pros and cons to moving out of my parents home. Pros: having more privacy, more space to create content, and I have more space for my belongings as I’m lucky enough to live in a large house. Cons: being able to save less money, rent being expensive, having to keep the whole house tidy myself (with my housemate).
With the last con on my mind I reached out to Fantastic Services to see if they wanted to collaborate with me. Fantastic Services is a one-stop shop for 25+ professional home and office – cleaning and maintenance services. The service specialists will go the extra mile to turn your home (or any other area you want cleaned) into something special.
Personally, I think it’s wealth worth hiring a cleaner for a couple of hours a week who can help you create a nice environment to live in. Plus free up your time so you can concentrate on something else you enjoy doing.
Check out the Fantastic Services website here to check out all the great services they offer.
Are you someone that does/ or would consider hiring a cleaner to help free up your time so you can focus on other tasks more important to you? Or perhaps you have someone help you with another household task you find it hard to make the time for? Let me know in the comments.
See you all in the next blog post! X
